Megaswitch Version P
Version P has been created for guitarists who like the 5 pickup combinations of the Paul Reed Smith Custom, but have problems with the ergonomics of a rotating switch.
The 5 original sounds:
Position / Sound
1 - bridge humbucker
2 - outside coils of both humbuckers in parallel mode
3 - inside coils of both humbuckers in serial mode
4 - inside coils of both humbuckers in parallel mode
5 - neck humbucker
Lug / Wires
1 - serial link of neck pickup
2 - output
3 - serial link of bridge pickup
4 - ground wire of bridge pickup (without shield!)
5 - ground
6 - hot wire of neck pickup
7 - hot wire bridge pickup
If you want inside and outside coils reversed, reverse hot and ground wires of the humbuckers. The shielding
cables (blank) are always connected to ground.
